Send a PDF bill on WhatsApp, or print on a 2-inch or 3-inch Bluetooth thermal printer. Bills are plain and tax-free in this version.

You pick a business type once, at setup, and it can’t be changed later. VittaFide then shows the screens and shortcuts that shop needs. Bills, Khata and items work the same in all four. Not sure? General Shop fits any business.

Sunita Devi buys ₹30 of jeera (0.075 kg), 5 kg of rice at ₹60 (₹300) and 1 kg of sugar at ₹44. The bill is ₹374.
She pays ₹200 in cash. ₹174 goes on her Khata, due in 15 days, and the receipt shows her total Khata due.
For clothes, footwear, stationery and gifts.
There is no size and colour variant system yet. Add each variant as its own item, such as “Formal Shirt Blue 40”, so each one tracks its own stock.
Style Point Garments
A scanned shirt (₹799) and jeans (₹1,299) make ₹2,098. The owner gives ₹98 off the bill.
VittaFide spreads it as ₹37.32 off the shirt and ₹60.68 off the jeans. The total is ₹2,000, and stock drops by one each.
For tea stalls, cafes, sweet shops and tiffin services.
Sharma Cafe
Table T3 orders 2 Full chai at ₹15 and a plate of samosa at ₹30, with the note “extra chutney”. The order stays on T3 and more can be added later.
When the guests leave, billing frees the table. At the counter, a takeaway gets Token 7.

2 hinges at ₹45 and 1 kg of nails at ₹120 make ₹210.
The customer pays cash in full, and the PDF bill opens in the share sheet, ready for WhatsApp.

VittaFide does not ask for internet permission. There are no servers, no accounts and no cloud copy. What you type stays in a locked database on your phone, and you decide where any backup goes.

Android also adds small permissions so your reminders and nightly backup restart after the phone reboots, and so backups can run in the background. None of them lets the app send data.

No. It has no internet permission, so it can’t go online even by accident. Everything works the same with or without a network. When you share a bill on WhatsApp, your phone’s own WhatsApp does the sending, not VittaFide.
Only on your phone, in an encrypted database that other apps can’t read. VittaFide has no servers and no copy of your data, and it is left out of Android’s automatic cloud backup.
To move to a new phone, make a Portable Backup (a .vkbak file) in Settings, send it to the new phone any way you like, and restore it there. Your shop name, bills, Khata, items and photos all come back.
A lost or broken phone can only be recovered from a Portable Backup you saved somewhere else, such as your own Google Drive, so make one now and then. The nightly Device Backup (2 AM, last 7 kept) lives on the phone itself and only restores on that same phone, on purpose. Portable Backups are not encrypted, so share them only through channels you trust. With no backup elsewhere, we can’t recover the data.
Yes. VittaFide is 100% free to use, with all features unlocked and zero hidden charges. It also has no ads.
Not in this version. Bills are plain and tax-free, and GST invoicing is switched off. VittaFide is a record-keeping and calculation tool, so it isn’t tax or legal advice. Follow the rules that apply to your business, such as FSSAI registration for food.
Classic Bluetooth thermal printers in 2-inch (58 mm) and 3-inch (80 mm) rolls. Printers that use only Bluetooth LE are not supported, and we can’t promise every printer works. If a print can’t start, for example Bluetooth is off, VittaFide shares the PDF instead so the bill still reaches your customer. If the printer can’t be reached, it tells you to switch it on and reprint from Saved Bills.
If you set up fingerprint or face unlock, use that. Otherwise the only way back in is Wipe and Reset, which deletes all app data and can’t be undone. Keep a backup, and write your PIN down somewhere safe at home.
English and Hinglish (Hindi written in English letters). Switch in Settings. Bills, PDFs and printed receipts are always in English.
Through the app store you installed it from, such as Indus Appstore or Google Play, like any other app. Your data stays on your phone through updates.
